Program and optional enrollment

The FG Home and Closets messaging program provides texts about inquiries, consultations, appointment scheduling and reminders, customer support and project updates. If you separately opt in to marketing texts, the program also sends offers and promotions about our custom closets and home organization services. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

To enroll through our website, enter your mobile number, check the specific text-message option you want and submit the form. Project and marketing text choices are separate, optional and unchecked by default. Leaving either or both unchecked does not prevent a consultation request. Consent is not a condition of purchase or a consultation. Providing a phone number or leaving a checkbox unchecked does not enroll you in texts. Consent applies only to FG Home and Closets and the message categories selected.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, project activity and selected programs. Marketing messages are recurring when you opt in. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless provider about charges.

Opt out and get help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of FG Home and Closets text messages. Reply HELP for help. You may receive one confirmation after opting out, and no further texts unless you provide a new affirmative opt-in. We also honor other clear requests to stop texting, including CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE and OPTOUT.

Your mobile number and delivery

Provide a mobile number you own or are authorized to use. If the number changes or is reassigned, contact us so we can remove it. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use contact information and consent records. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information solely to deliver or support the program.

We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. A policy or terms update does not expand the consent you gave. We will obtain new consent before sending texts for a new purpose when required.
